At the Agriturismo Pian del Tevere you may choose to stay in either of the two farmhouses: Pian del Tevere and Casella della Barca.  Here you can lose yourself in nature while enjoying modern comforts. 

Pian del Tevere, is a large eighteenth-century farmhouse with large comfortable apartments (70, 80, 80 and 100 sq.m.), each of which has a beautiful view of onto the Umbrian countryside. Top quality materials have been used in the restoration of this old farm house; exquisite fabrics and modern appliances have been selected in order to make your stay fulfilling. The delicate trompe l’oeil, evoking country life, are combined with carefully selected antique and traditional Umbrian furnishing and modern amenities that will make your vacation an unforgettable and pleasant experience. The ancient wood fireplace will lead you back to the intimate atmosphere of the past.

All the apartments are equipped with  heating, air conditioning, gas stove kitchen, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, satellite TV and internet access.

You can relax, perhaps sipping a glass of local wine, under the shade of our majestic trees or in the refreshing swimming pool (14×5 m) surrounded by a pristine landscape. We have mountain bikes at your disposal for a memorable educational, botanical or agricultural tour of the country side.

Casella della Barca: this house is named after the old Tiber River ferryman who used to live here. Four spacious and beautiful apartments (from 60 to 70 sq.m.), three of which have a wood fireplace, are available.  The same attention to the detail Pian del Tevere has been followed in the restoration of this lovely little house.  Delicate and amusing trompe l’oeil portray the fascinating natural country life around the river with its wild birds.

At Pian del Tevere’s, the exclusive La Stalla di Bartoccio (Bartoccio’s stable), located on the ground floor, is available for our guests for meetings of up to 70 people. The three large and tastefully furnished rooms, featuring two massive fireplaces, are available for rent out of season,for events, parties, dinners and meetings.La Stalla features a modern professional kitchen. It is also possible to use outside catering.

The outside large country shelter, with views on to the garden, is a perfect location to organize a reception from April to October (weather permitting, of course !).
