The apartment is composed of a big mainroom whith fireplace and kitchen, two bedrooms, garret, two bathrooms. The atmosphere is the true of the old farmhouse, in every single architectonical detail.

In the farmer’s usage, farmahouses were called not by the official place-name , but by the name of the family who lived in. But when the family changed, the name – yet transfered to the house – was reflected on the new family, thath was called by the name of the previous. In the eighteenth century the family who lived at Pian del Tevere was the Boldrini so the House was known as “Il Boldrino”. Even after the memory of the Boldrini family was gone, their noble name was used by their successor for two centuries.
