from Florence: A1 motorway, Valdichiana barrier, after Perugia go for a short in direction to Cesena, lead out at Ponte S. Giovanni-Torgiano barrier (nearby Park Hotel on your right); at the stop (just after the barrier) turn to the left to “Torgiano”; after the Tevere bridge turn right, again to “Torgiano”.

After a 3 km of provincial road in the plain, pass the “Miralduolo” houses; about 100 m after “Gialletti” bar, just ad the end of a left turn, lead out on the right in a tight country road (ther is the sign to Pian del Tevere); follow it, along centuries-old oaks row for a 600 meters; at the crossing on the right you are on.

from Rome: A1 motorway, Orte barrier, go to Perugia, lead out at “Torgiano” barrier; go to Torgiano (km 2); on the hill, turn left through “Ponte San Giovanni”.
